About CG3

CG3 is a 32-bed post-surgical care unit featuring all private patient rooms. Most patients are here for planned surgeries. This diverse acute care surgical unit receives orthopedic, spine, bariatric, general surgery, and podiatry patients. CG3 is a high-energy, fast-paced unit that collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care. It offers a great opportunity for new nurses to develop their skills and integrate their knowledge across different patient populations. Our team includes RNs, LPNs, and nursing support staff with varying levels of experience, from new nurses to those with over 20 years' experience. We foster a team approach and shared decision-making, with leadership committed to meeting the needs of both patients and staff through ongoing education and development.
