UPMC’s Your Hometown Health Partners in Erie, PA, is seeking a full-time Professional Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team. This rewarding position offers a balanced Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekends or holidays—perfect for nurses seeking stability and work-life balance.

As a vital member of our care delivery team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care, supporting providers, and maintaining the highest patient satisfaction and quality scores. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Epic, strong patient care and triage skills, and be adept at prior-authorizations and medication refills. Title and starting pay rate of this position may vary based on years of experience and manager discretion.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000.

Responsibilities:
