We are currently hiring a Professional Staff Nurse, ONC (RN) on a FLEX Full-Time basis to support our Medical Oncology team at the Hillman Cancer Center in Shadyside/Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and involves working a FLEX full-time daylight schedule, Monday through Friday, supporting the 2nd-floor Medical Oncology team across various Oncology Disease Centers.

The Collaborative Practice Nurse will:

  • Work daily with providers and the clinical team to assess and manage clinic patients.
  • Triage patient questions, concerns, and needs.

The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse responsible for setting standards of care, managing patient activities, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The role involves leadership, partnership, and supervision, establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians, patients, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The nurse demonstrates a commitment to community and the nursing profession.

Responsibilities include:
