Responsibilities

• Demonstrates accountability for professional development that improves the quality of professional practice and the quality of patient care.
• Acts as a highly engaged partner on the care team and responds to care team member needs for assistance.
• Provides teaching to patients and families about the episode of care and transitions.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts and promotes patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintains productive working relationships and models safe work hours and healthy lifestyle.
