• Precept students, new hires, and graduate nurses, fostering professional growth and continuous learning.
• Apply the nursing process within Relationship Based Care to create a healing environment, involving patients as partners.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, ensuring comprehensive documentation and patient safety.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and participate in or lead initiatives to enhance patient care and staff well-being.
