Job description

Professional Services Solutions Consultant

We’re looking for a Professional Services Solution Consultant to join Procore’s Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll support the sale of Procore's Professional Services, focusing on product integrations, migrations, and customizations.

As a Professional Services Solution Consultant, you’ll collaborate with sales and professional services teams to bridge commitments made during sales and service delivery. You will help clients design practical strategies that meet their business needs and are easy to implement and support. Your expertise in consulting methodologies and enterprise software will inspire customer confidence and drive adoption and revenue from our services.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Professional Services, and is remote. We are looking to fill this role immediately.

Responsibilities include:

  • Position Procore's Professional Services offerings through value-based selling, tailoring pitches and services to customer needs and outcomes.
  • Identify business opportunities through discovery, understanding client needs, and highlighting the value of our services, especially around integrations.
  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and amendments, representing both customer interests and those of the Professional Services team.
  • Support team members on complex discovery around integrations and data migrations, sharing critical insights.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Engineers to promote our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to scope engagements, ensuring alignment on customer needs and successful outcomes.
  • Assist sales with proposals for RFPs, sales meetings, and designing service solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, scoping, or related fields, with a focus on integrations, data migrations, or consulting.
  • 3+ years in presales or Professional Services.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in upselling, cross-selling, or solution best practices.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in scoping and presenting services and SOWs remotely and in person.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and technical writing.
  • Experience co-scoping with third-party providers.

Base pay ranges from $122,080 to $167,860, plus commissions and equity. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and location.
