As we continue scaling our Professional Services organization, we’re hiring a Resware Professional Services Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of onboarding and services engagements for our Resware customers. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial scoping and kickoff to configuration, training, and go-live. In partnership with our Solutions Architect and Customer Success teams, the Project Manager ensures that every customer has a well-orchestrated and impactful onboarding experience.
This individual will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder communication, timeline management, and risk mitigation, while also supporting functional requirements gathering and contributing to hands-on configuration of the Resware platform as needed. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and is passionate about improving operational efficiency through smart systems design.
