Just an FYI regarding the services Op's consultant role - it seems candidates are being vetted more for project management skills, but this role is primarily for an operations analyst. We need to focus more on business operations and analytics, including resource capacity/staffing, revenue processes, creating dashboards, and data extraction. The ideal candidate should be a builder, not just an executor, capable of establishing processes for revenue tracking, forecasting, and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
  1. Ability to independently build capacity plans that detail resource needs for the organization.
  2. Experience in creating revenue forecast models with planned vs actuals analysis.
  3. Proficiency in creating SOPs, defining KPIs, setting up dashboards, and generating various reports.
  4. Experience in defining processes, setting up KPI dashboards, and establishing SOPs.
  5. Preparedness to set up and manage new processes and procedures.
