Qualifications

Your Impact

This is a post-sale, customer-facing, front-line role with primary duties of deploying network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon's Fleet solutions. All candidates maintain a professional attitude with a strong focus on the customer's total implementation experience.


What You'll Do

Location: Remotely from the United States

Travel: On the road 100% (Mon-Fri), domestic

Reports to: Sr Manager, Fleet Services or Technical Services Supervisor, Fleet

  • Identify and implement solutions with minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist clients in monitoring all software implementation lifecycles and assist with customizations.
  • Conduct training sessions with customer technical points or end users on Axon products.
  • Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning of communication systems.
  • Coordinate with customers and execute field commissioning tests.
  • Deliver timely project deployment reports.
  • Engage with technology decision-makers and program managers post-sale.
  • Escalate product issues to Product Managers during deployments.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
  • Synchronize operation of Axon products related to Fleet solutions.
  • Train technical contacts and end users on installation and use of Axon Fleet components.
  • Troubleshoot applications, networks, and products.
  • Validate quality of subcontractor installations.

What You Bring
  • Ability to perform from any location with minimal oversight.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift tools up to 75 lbs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and projects.
  • Teamwork and individual contributor skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to visit clients weekly; residence near a major airport preferred.
  • 3+ years in advanced computer network implementation, including systems software, hardware, and configurations.
  • Understanding of 12-volt DC circuits, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Cradlepoint routers and related certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with data transfer, LAN, WAN, VPN, and IP-based Ethernet networks.
