Job description

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Supplier Quality Professional II

Position type : Full Time, Contract

Duration : 6 Months

As a Supplier Quality Professional II, you will :

  • Provide essential support to the Supplier Quality Management process, ensuring compliance with cGMP and global requirements.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Supplier Quality Management system at the Vacaville site.
  • Assist the team with vendor qualification: Timely logging and tracking the requests from global audit team related to Vacaville suppliers.
  • Collaborate with site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and provide accurate information to support qualification of vendors.
  • Support the Vendor Change Notification (VCN) process by: Logging VCNs and initiating inquiries to relevant SMEs.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of non-specific client Approved Supplier Lists (ASLs) for the Vacaville site.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP and global requirements.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a supplier quality function.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Preferred experience with Track wise, Veeva, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Preferred knowledge of ICH Q7, Q9, Q10.

Pay Range

  • 21 - $35 per hour
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
