• Experience building playbooks, configuring correlation rules, and managing content/integrations within Cortex ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Python for security tool integration and automation scripting; strong Regex for log parsing.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data structures; ability to translate customer challenges into engineering requirements.

As an Professional Services Consultant, you'll play a critical role in enabling customers to securely integrate and automate their cloud environments, leading the adoption of the Cortex XSIAM platform. You will serve as a trusted consultant, guiding complex deployments, developing strategic automation workflows, and driving continuous improvement through real-time support.

• Build and fine-tune correlation and detection rules to identify emerging threats across endpoint, network, and cloud environments.
• Monitor and tune log source performance, ingestion rates, and detection logic to enhance system efficiency.
• Deploy and manage content packs, custom layouts, and automated dashboards tailored to customer security use cases.
• Serve as a trusted SME on Cortex XSIAM, SIEM log architecture, correlation logic, and SOAR automation best practices.
• Conduct technical workshops and produce technical design documentation to enable long-term customer autonomy.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and managing enterprise SIEM solutions like Splunk, IBM QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
