APPLE INC, based in Cupertino, CA, seeks a supply chain data professional to support quote-to-cash, data cleanup, and data migration activities. You will collaborate with IS&T on SAP S/4HANA migration, gather requirements, document processes, and help ensure end-to-end data accuracy and visibility.

You will contribute to process improvements, data retention, archiving, and cross-functional data analysis while helping to communicate status and project milestones to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of experience.
• Experience in supply chain operations management, data relating to business processes, data storage/archive/retrieval.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Financial postings).
• Experience with master data management and data migration in SAP ecosystems.
• Ability to develop enterprise data tools and data retention and archiving policies.

Responsibilities

• Support quote-to-cash activities including data management and process documentation.
• Assist with data clean-up, migration, validation, and transformation for end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Collaborate with IS&T on SAP S/4HANA migration requirements and testing.
• Contribute to data migration validation, process improvements and change management communications.

Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Support Quote to Cash activities, including allocation planning, inventory management, order management, fulfillment, reverse logistics, and related supply chain data processes. Assist with data management efforts involving data clean-up, migration, validation, and transformation activities to help improve end-to-end supply chain visibility and data accuracy. Partner with business stakeholders and IS&T to support projects related to the SAP S/4HANA migration, including requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, implementation support, and business readiness activities involving material, vendor, customer, and transaction data. Contribute to supply chain transformation initiatives by participating in technical and functional assessments, proof of concepts, and process improvement efforts. Work with cross-functional teams to help address issues, support project deliverables, and coordinate data analysis, clean up, archiving, and status updates. Assists in developing project plans, tracking milestones, and preparing communications to support change management and adoption efforts. Supports process improvement by analyzing workflows, documenting observations, and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency. Applies standard methodologies, including Design Thinking, Six Sigma, and Lean principles, to help recommend practical solutions and support customer-focused business process enhancements.

40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $180,100 - $272,000/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• 4 years of experience with each of the following skills: Working on Supply Chain Operations Management for Supply Chain Business Processes, including relating data to Business Processes, providing corporate data management strategies, corporate compliance, hot vs cold data definition, data storage, archiving, and retrieval processes.
• Using SAP S/4HANA, including Sales Order, Purchase Orders, Inventory, and Financial posting.
• Performing Order to Cash Business Process for Master Data Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Transaction processing in the SAP systems.
• Managing supply-chain Information Systems and Data Management in SAP.
• Managing large, complex and integrated system data migration from SAP ECC instances to S/4HANA systems.
• Building Enterprise tools to analyze Business data, integrate/design intelligent processes to assist in data migration, validation, and anomaly detection.
• Leading data retention, archiving, and deletion policies across multiple business teams.
