Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer/Guard in Perrysburg, OH. The role requires excellent customer service and the ability to perform patrols while leveraging cell phone and computer technology.

A drug screen and background check are required, and licensing requirements must be met as applicable. Weekly pay is provided, with growth opportunities and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Prior security or customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites to ensure safety and security of property and personnel.
• Perform patrols as assigned, including potentially long periods of standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

Job description

Wage: $16.40/ hour
Driver certification required. Schedule to include weekend hours and 3rd shift. Must have strong customer service skills, the ability to complete patrols, and strong technology skills (cell phone/computer). Prior security/customer service experience preferred.

Security Officer/Guard

• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
  

Job Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard include but are not limited to:

• Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
