Cox Mill High in Concord, NC is seeking a reliable bus driver to transport students to and from school and events. The role requires safety focus, punctuality, and the ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of driving experience, be 18 or older, and hold a valid CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements. The position is full-time and pays hourly according to NC pay scales.

Formación

• High School or GED preferred.
• Applicant must have at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Register in FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Valid CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements in NC.
• Pre-employment DOT Drug Test required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs pre- and post-trip bus inspections and reports deficiencies.
• Transports students to and from school and events.
• Maintains bus cleanliness and handles trash as needed.
• Adheres to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ensures passenger safety and maintains discipline on the bus.
• Conducts periodic emergency evacuation drills.
