Position Summary:

We are in search of talented Construction Schedulers who will play a vital role in our project development process. Your expertise will ensure accurate cost assessments, competitive bidding, and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Analyze construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for bids.
Perform quantity take-offs and assess labor, material, and equipment costs.
Evaluate potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project costs.
Prepare detailed and competitive bid proposals.
Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to optimize bidding strategies.
Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Provide support during the project development phase as needed.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator.
Proficiency in estimating software and industry-specific tools (such as Primavera P3 or P6).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
