Our clients offer a base salary, commissions, sales and product training, mentorship, and opportunities to leverage your athletic experience into a professional sales role.

Altus Recruiting supports former student-athletes in preparing for life after sports and finding rewarding, well-paying sales careers. We coach candidates on navigating the career marketplace—including interview techniques, resume building, and leveraging their skills and experiences. Our recruiting services are free for candidates; the fees are paid by our client companies, which are large organizations across various industries such as banking, insurance, building products, medical sales, and industrial sales. We seek candidates with entry-level to two years of sales or business experience.

2. Participated in college athletics (any level)
