Professional Sales Representative - Join the Leader in Hair Restoration!

Company: Restore Hair

We have created a movement followed by celebrities, athletes, public figures, and thousands of individuals seeking hair regrowth. As a result, we have become the nation's largest and fastest-growing hair restoration clinic.

Due to this success, we're seeking a highly success-driven sales professional to join our team. In this role, you'll meet virtually with prospective clients to explain the benefits of our breakthrough procedures. Medical sales experience or training is not required; however, general professional sales experience is essential.

This is an inside sales position working remotely, providing phone consultations. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or soliciting. All lead generation is handled by the company, and qualified appointments are scheduled and provided directly to you. Compensation includes a generous base salary plus an aggressive commission and bonus structure, paid on closed deals.

Qualifications:

This role requires a highly motivated, well-rounded individual with strong language skills and excellent interpersonal abilities, including:

• 1-3 years of professional sales experience with a proven success record (preferred)
• Highly articulate, poised, polished, and congenial, with strong problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to exceed targets
• Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients
• Proficiency with computers, CRM, and communication tools
• Ability to understand and respond to client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with prospective patients to educate them about our hair restoration services
• Each consultation lasts approximately 45-60 minutes
• Follow up with prospective patients post-consultation
• Conduct an average of 2-4 consultations daily
