You will visit dental offices, manage budgets, plan events, CPR classes, and oversee the Seattle Study Club, while building strong relationships with providers and colleagues on site.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for the practice to become more involved in the local dental and professional community.
• Plan and host company events, appreciation events, and professional networking events.
• Coordinate and host CPR renewal classes for local dental practices.

Professional Relations Coordinator at Associated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons

Coon Rapids, MN

Associated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeryis seeking a creative, organized, and relationship-drivenProfessional Relations Coordinator to join our oral surgery team!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of marketing, event planning, social media, data analysis, and building strong professional relationships within the dental community. You will play an important role in growing our practice, strengthening relationships with referring dental offices, and creating meaningful experiences for both our team and professional network.

This is NOT a remote position, you will be expected to be in-person on site.

Monday - Thursday 7am - 3:30pm and Friday 7am - 1:00pm.

Some events are hosted after working hours (Typically 1 time per month, but this can vary)

Travel:

Local travel is required during the work day and mileage will be reimbursed.

What You'll Do

Pay Range

$28 - $34 USD
