Job Details:
Job Title: Traffic Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 months
Type: Part-Time, Contract (5-20 hours/ week)
Qualifications:Must-Haves:5+ years in Marketing/Communications, including 2+ years in account/project management (healthcare/agency preferred).Experience with creative teams (in-house or agency) and client-facing roles.Proficiency in Workfront (Client’s PM system); familiarity with job trafficking/resource management.Strong organizational & communication skills (manages high project volume, detail-oriented).Remote work adaptability (independent, proactive problem-solver).Nice-to-Haves:- Experience with Workamajig, DAM systems, or Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare/lab services industry.
Day-to-Day Work:- Project Management:
- End-to-end oversight (kickoffs, timelines, client updates).
- Assign projects to creatives, manage freelancers, and track deadlines in Workfront.
- Account Management:
- Serve as primary client liaison for internal stakeholders (Marketing, Health Systems teams).
- Present concepts, manage feedback, and ensure brand alignment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Weekly check-ins (see above).
- Occasional client meetings or brainstorming sessions.
Industry: Open for any Industry experience
Tools/Software/Technologies:- Primary: Workfront, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint.
- Secondary: Workamajig, DAM systems, Agile tools.
