Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a professional pet groomer to provide grooming services for dogs and cats. You will perform bathing, clipping, nail trimming, and coat shaping while ensuring animal welfare and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of grooming experience, own grooming tools or willingness to purchase them, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Paragon Level 1 & 2 training is provided by Petsense.

Qualifications

• 1+ year grooming/styling pets experience required.
• Must be comfortable with dogs and cats.
• Own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or willing to purchase them.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Groom dogs and cats, including bathing, clipping, nails, and shaping coats.
• Ensure safety and welfare of animals during grooming.
