Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a store-based professional associate to support Professional customers with catalog lookups, order placement, and access to specification sheets. You will help manage inventory, assist with stock orders, and source OE or recycled parts when needed.

The role involves coordinating with store leadership on service levels, processing parts requests, and maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional customers with use of Weblink, WorldPac and other electronic part catalogs.
• Manage inventory of stocked parts and assist with daily stock orders.
• Source and order requested parts for Professional customers’ mechanical repair processes.
• Provide communication to the Store General Manager regarding service and/or inventory issues.
