Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and ability to operate standard shift vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply finishes according to specifications.
• Inspect facilities for maintenance/routine repairs.
• Maintain records of work performed, including specifications and materials used.
