Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable painter with safe work habits.
• Own transportation and basic tools for hourly painters.
• Ability to follow work orders and meet deadlines.
• Willing to teach and learn.
• Background check performed on all team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas to be painted and protect adjacent surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of paint and brushes.
• Paint areas as instructed by supervisor, using appropriate finishes.
• Follow OSHA/MSDS guidelines and ensure proper ventilation.
• Clean area, supplies and equipment after project completion.
• Assist with special maintenance or marketing projects as needed.
