Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years related experience; valid driver's license.
• Must have general mechanical aptitude and be able to safely operate hand tools and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights; ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in standard interior and exterior painting practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance repairs to building finishes; painting, patching, caulking, and related tasks.
• Paints, stains, and varnishes structural components as needed.
• Responds to work requests and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Documents actions in the Work Order management system.
• Coordinates paint jobs with coworkers and affected workspaces.
