Five Star Companion Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Professional Nannies to provide high-quality, in-home childcare for families throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks Counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of paid childcare experience caring for children who are not family members (required).
• Experience as a Professional Nanny, Childcare Provider, Preschool Teacher, Daycare Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator preferred.
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable, trustworthy, patient, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.
• Plan educational, creative, and recreational activities.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
• Assist with homework and developmental learning.
• Maintain children's daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the children.
• Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding the children's daily activities and progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every family's home.
