Pay combines base pay, tips, and performance bonuses averaging $20-$40 per hour. Responsibilities span loading/unloading, customer service, safe transport, packing, and maintaining a tidy truck and job site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• No experience necessary.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload items from trucks while ensuring safety and care.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Safely transport items to and from residential and commercial locations.
• Assist in packing and unpacking belongings with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the truck and job site.
