The College Moving Crew was founded in 2018 and is based in Ankeny, IA. At every step along the way, we’ve endeavored to follow the golden rule. We always treat others the way we would like to be treated. That covers staff, customers, and anyone we encounter throughout our day. Since our founding, we’ve helped hundreds of Iowa families enjoy their moving days. We look forward to serving our community for years to come, and we’d love for you to be a part of it!

College Moving Crew is looking to hire movers to join our teams. We will hire college students or recent college graduates for this position. You must be 18 or older to apply.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must be available Saturdays, and must be teachable (our crew leaders will do all necessary off and onsite training with you). Must also have your own form of transportation and a valid driver’s license. You must be physically able to do this heavy labor job, as you will be lifting and carrying heavy items.

College Moving Crew has a fun work environment. We offer opportunities for advancement as well as bonuses for performance. On top of your hourly wage, you will also get tips from customers. On average, our guys will receive an additional $5 in tips hourly! Although the work will remain the same, you will meet new people and work in a new environment every day!
