Synergy is seeking a professional Massage Therapist (LMBT)! The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a passion for healing via massage and is ready to serve as a brand ambassador for Synergy. Synergy’s team of massage professionals offers a wide range of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, and Myofascial, as well as advanced techniques such as Thai Yoga and Lymphatic Drainage. We offer customized massages with a focus on outcome-based treatments. A current North Carolina Massage License (LMBT) is required! Synergy offers hourly compensation as well as commission bonuses.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide personalized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and preferences.
• Assess client health and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Adjust techniques during sessions according to client feedback.
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation methods.
• Recommend future appointments and treatment regimes.
• Follow occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
