Maintenance Technician – Commercial & Residential

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for commercial and residential properties.

Having your own tools and/or a work van or truck is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drain clearing and plumbing repairs
• Sheetrock patching and repairs
• Toilet repairs (wax rings)
• Shower and faucet valve stem replacement
• Basic electrical troubleshooting (non-licensed scope)
• Door, lock, and hardware repairs
• Basic HVAC maintenance (filters, thermostats)
• Preventive maintenance and work order documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction or remodeling experience
• Experience in commercial or multi-unit facilities
• Ability to work independently

Requirements

• Preferred 10+ years maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license with Van or Work Truck
• Ability to pass background screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
