Overview

We are expanding and hiring energetic and friendly people who love to make clients happy by cleaning their home.

Responsibilities

• Clean houses in two-person teams, using our Two Maids system, products, and equipment.
• Focus on detail to ensure high-quality cleaning and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle that is insured
• Pass a background check
• Live within 10 miles of 60540
• No prior experience necessary; training is provided
• Customer service attitude and ability to work well with a team

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 3:30pm; some nights and weekends may be offered; no holidays
• Pay: training pay $17.00 with tips; after certification, $20-$25 per hour with tips
• Per-paycheck range: $1,600 – $2,000
• Mileage reimbursement; uniforms, equipment & supplies provided

• We start and end the day in the Naperville office
