Job summary

Two Maids - South Milwaukee is hiring to join our friendly cleaning team. We offer a flexible schedule with fulltime and part-time options, performing house cleaning in teams of two during normal business hours.

Pay is performance-based, with typical weekly earnings in the $400–$700 range plus tips, and benefits such as mileage reimbursement and opportunities for growth within the company. All employees wear a uniform and work in a respectful, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in 2-person teams to clean houses using provided systems and equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear company uniforms.
• Adhere to a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Mileage reimbursement provided; opportunities for advancement within the company.

• Our fulltime (5-day a week availability) team members earn on average $400-$700 per week plus tips.

What you need to know:

• The safety and well-being of our team members is always our primary concern.
• We work in 2-person teams to clean houses using our provided Two Maids systems, products, and equipment
  • Pay is based on performance and will range on average from $400.00 - $700.00 per week (including drive time)
• All employees are required to have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• All employees will have gone through a background check
• Your automobile should be clean and maintained: not rusted out. The age of the car does not matter!
• We provide reimbursement for mileage while on the job and provide opportunities for additional reimbursement.
• We have opportunities available to grow within the company.
• We work Monday to Friday between 7:45am and 5:00pm. No Nights! No weekends! No holidays!
• You will wear a choice of a dry-fit, polo, or cotton shirt and we recommend that scrub pants/joggers are worn for comfort and a professional appearance.
