Qualifications

The Los Angeles office of Kaufman Dolowich, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking a Professional Liability Partner to join their growing practice group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney with a strong background in labor and employment defense litigation to step into a leadership role within a nationally recognized firm. The ideal candidate will bring strategic litigation experience, strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Portable business will be considered but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, expand and oversee the Professional Liability practice
• Handle complex defense matters through all phases of litigation
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, insured professionals, brokers, and clients

Base Salary Range: $200,000-$300,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job‑related qualifications.
