Qualifications

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment.

Location & Workspace: Boston, MA |Hybrid or Remote


Join a nationally-recognized litigation practice representingattorneys, law firms, accountants, insurance professionals, design professionals, real estate professionals, and other licensed professionals in a broad range of malpractice, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, ethics, and professional responsibility matters. Attorneys in the group handle complex litigation in state and federal courts and regularly advise clients on risk management and claims avoidance strategies. This position offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced trial attorneys on sophisticated matters.

What You Will Do:


  • Defend professional liability and malpractice claims through all phases of litigation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


What We Offer

Salary Range: The base salary for this position ranges from $135,000-$155,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
