Qualifikationen

• Must be admitted to the Minnesota Bar and in good standing.
• Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of litigation experience, including drafting complicated opinions, motions and legal memoranda, conducting file analysis, taking depositions, and interviewing witnesses.
• Experience across a broad range of litigation matters, including disputes involving life, health, and disability claims under both ERISA and non-ERISA group plans and individual policies a plus.
• Strong academics and excellent writing skills required.

What We Offer

Salary Range: The base salary for this position ranges from$130,000-$170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
