• This role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced trial team specializing in Real Estate and Personal Injury defense.
• Candidates should have experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers.
• Lewis Brisbois' Professional Liability Practice represents a wide array of professionals, including accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, computer and media professionals (cyber law), financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, school districts and municipalities, property appraisers and inspectors, real estate appraisers, brokers and agents, and securities brokers (FINRA).
• The firm is open to working with talented attorneys who possess substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in professional liability law, even without direct professional liability experience.
