Overview

• The role involves defending professional liability claims, specifically those concerning Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers.
• The Professional Liability Practice represents a broad spectrum of professionals, including accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, computer and media professionals (cyber law), financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, school districts and municipalities, property appraisers and inspectors, real estate appraisers, brokers and agents, and securities brokers (FINRA), often via direct engagement or through professional insurance carriers.
• While professional liability experience is preferred, the firm is open to considering talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation arena who demonstrate an interest in professional liability law.
