## Professional Learning Lead, Operations### RemoteIXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Professional Learning Lead, Operations to manage and motivate a small team of coordinators and lead team-wide operations. #LI-EM1In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Professional Learning Group, including scheduling professional development, managing and maintaining team-wide systems and processes, approving and booking travel, and providing logistical support for internal meetings and events. You will work cross-functionally to manage and evaluate systems and processes within the PLG team.We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven leader who excels in customer support and effective communication.
