McKim & Creed is seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect to join our Planning Development and Natural Resources group in Wilmington, NC. The role focuses on due diligence, design, planning, and collaborative problem solving in a supportive team environment.
The ideal candidate has a NC/SC/FL license, 5–10 years of land development experience, strong design and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with peers on diverse municipal, commercial, and residential projects.

The Licensed Landscape Architect position involves due diligence, design, planning, limited site observation, and provides opportunities for creative expression and problem-solving in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess a blend of creativity & technical skills, have strong design & communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
