This position serves as a leader of projects; responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Positional Minimum Requirements:

1. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) Registration.
2. Minimum of 4 years of post-collegiate experience in Land Surveying, including hands-on design and construction services, staff leadership & development, and project management.
3. Ability to resolve complex issues involving multiple decision-making entities.
4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
6. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
7. Familiarity with personal safety protocols on construction sites.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and respond to clients as needed.
