Sambatek, LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for our Raleigh, NC office. You will oversee survey projects from scope to deliverables, focusing on ALTA/NSPS surveys and boundary/topographic work. Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of boundary surveying principles and legal descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee professional land surveying activities focused on ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Review survey data, deeds, plats, title commitments and other documents for issues.
• Prepare and certify ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and boundary/topographic surveys.
