Qualifications

Job description

A full-time permanent opportunity in Aurora, CO has become available for a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. This role would receive generous base salaries, opportunity for bonuses and an outstanding benefits package (that includes medical, vision, dental, PTO, and a 401K plan), along with other terrific perks.

Required work experience includes:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor reviewing surveys conducted by other crew members is a MUST
• Experienced with various surveying equipment i.e. (GIS Equipment, GNSS etc). is a MUST
• Familiar with Civil 3D (AutoCAD), legal description, and feature code is a PLUS
• Familiarity with topographic surveys, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS land survey, and boundary surveys is a PLUS
• PLS Licensure in the state of Denver or out-of-state licensure with eligibility for reciprocity is a MUST
