Job description

A family-oriented construction and design firm specializing in custom homes currently has a full-time permanent position near Nashville, TN available for a Professional Land Surveyor. Required work experience includes:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor
• Familiar with Civil 3D (AutoCAD), legal description, and feature code.
• Experienced with various surveying equipment such as Robotic Total Stations, GNSS, etc.
• Familiarity with topographic surveys, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS land survey, and boundary surveys.
• PLS Licensure in the state of Tennessee (preferred), Ohio, or Kentucky
