Job summary

ESFM, a Compass Group USA division, is seeking janitors for full and part-time roles at 3M in Hutchinson, MN. The position involves heavy cleaning, sanitization, and floor care with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Sanitization and floor care experience are a plus.
• Ability to follow infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash per procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors per procedures.
• Move and reset furniture for cleaning.
• Sanitize surfaces and follow the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Clean walls, windows, furniture and baseboards.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Comply with federal, state and local guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute to team and maintain professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
