ESFM is seeking full-time and part-time janitors in Hutchinson, MN. Location: 915 Adams Street, Southeast, Hutchinson, MN. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–11:00 pm, with details provided during interview. Prior janitorial, sanitization, and floor care experience is a plus.

Pay range: $17.00–$18.50 per hour. online applications accepted only. Responsibilities include keeping buildings clean, performing heavy cleaning duties, and adhering to infection control procedures across assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning; return to correct placement.
• Clean areas with assigned materials and equipment; sanitize surfaces.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture and baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks promptly.
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor and in accordance with guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute to the team and maintain professionalism with customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We have an opening for full and part time JANITOR positions.

Location: 3M - 915 Adams Street, Southeast, Hutchinson, MN 55350 Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Janitorial, sanitization, and floor care experience are a plus.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
