Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning across multiple facilities in the Columbus area. The role involves cleaning common areas, restrooms, and entryways, with shifts that accommodate full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits package, including medical and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, and other assigned areas.
• Strong communication skills to report issues and coordinate with team.
• Reliable transportation to and from multiple work sites.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Attend to spills and related cleanup as needed.
