Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
Strong communication skills are required.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Must be willing to work assigned hours.
Capable of performing physical tasks (bending, kneeling, lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

Responsible for all basic cleaning.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins, dispose of waste properly.
Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required (e.g., floods, spills, restroom concerns).
