Titan Factory Direct seeks a Professional Housing Consultant in Victoria, TX to guide families through homeownership from consultation to closing. You will sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes with financing options, building lasting relationships and generating new business through referrals and social media.

No real estate license required, with robust training and clear growth paths into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, able to communicate with diverse families.
• Confident, persuasive and customer-focused with a drive for results.
• Comfortable building relationships and closing sales.
• Proficient in using social media for business development and prospecting.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills and ability to handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through home-buying from initial consultation to closing.
• Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes plus financing solutions.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers and assess housing needs.
• Generate new business via referrals, networking and social media.
• Present homes and communities through digital marketing and outreach.
• Explain financing options and assist with loan applications.
• Coordinate with staff, lenders and management to ensure a great experience.
• Maintain knowledge of homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing.

• Educate customers on financing options and assist with the loan application process.
• Coordinate with office staff, lenders, and management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain product knowledge on homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
