Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking reliable cleaners in Marietta, GA, to service families and offices with a team of two. No nights, weekends, or major holidays. You’ll be trained in our proven process and paid weekly, with the potential to earn over $800 per week depending on experience and performance.

You will work full-time in teams of two, using provided supplies and a company car, with advancement opportunities within the franchise. Prior cleaning experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, daytime hours, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

Benefits & Pay

They pay range for this job is $14.00 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner. Our typical house cleaner makes between $600 to $850 per week plus tips.

If you’re a team lead (primarily driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is primarily responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
