About Us

Join Home Clean Heroes as a cleaning specialist and enjoy between a $13.50 - $18 HOURLY RATE (depending on background), along with quality paid training, a company car while working, no nights or weekends, paid holidays, paid vacation, health coverage, and a retirement plan.

You need to have a great attitude and want to grow with our amazing and fun company, which is part of Buzz Franchise Brands. The position is based in our Williamsburg office.

Requirements:

1. Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment.
2. A team player – you’ll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the Peninsula, Williamsburg, Newport News, Yorktown, or Hampton.
3. A hard worker – this is a physical (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.) job.
4. Willing to train new Cleaning techs.
5. Honest, reliable, and have an eye for detail.
6. A good driver with a valid license without restrictions.
7. Comfortable working in homes with pets.
8. Willing to submit to a national background check.

What you’ll receive:
