Job summary

Molly Maid of Sioux Falls is seeking dependable, motivated team members to provide professional housekeeping services in local families' homes. You'll follow Molly Maid's proven cleaning processes and work as part of a small team to deliver high-quality results.

No nights or holidays, daytime hours, and full-time positions with paid training and opportunities for bonuses. Bilingual support available and company vehicle provided for lead roles; uniforms and supplies are supplied.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks.
• Available to work daytime hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes.
• Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner.
• Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home.
• Earn tips for providing excellent service.
• Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule (Lead role).
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained.
• Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly.
